With over a decade of experience behind the bar, Craig Moses brings a refined sense of creativity and storytelling to his role at Atrium Bar 317, Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. His mixology journey began in India, inspired by the flair of a fellow bartender, and soon evolved into a passion that took him across the globe. A Diageo World Class Singapore National Finalist in 2017, Craig continues to push creative boundaries with every pour.
Craig has helmed bar programmes across top venues including IHG properties in Doha and W Hotel Sentosa Cove, gaining recognition for his distinctive approach to cocktail creation. As the former Head Mixologist at Cool Cats and Fish Pool (The NCO Club), he reimagined cocktail menus with concepts inspired by the jazz age and the tropics of Singapore.
Now at Atrium Bar 317, Craig Moses curates cocktails that blends artistry with cultural nuance. His Heritage Signature Cocktails pay tribute to Singapore’s rich tapestry of flavours and traditions, where each creation is designed to spark conversation, evoke nostalgia, and deliver a uniquely Singaporean experience in every sip.
