Welcome to the Singapore Food Festival! As the festival director, I am thrilled you’re joining us to celebrate Singapore’s vibrant and diverse food scene. This year promises to be an extraordinary experience, showcasing both time-honoured traditions and cutting-edge innovations.
An Experiential Makeover
In our 31st edition, we’ve said goodbye to the usual festival village and given the Singapore Food Festival an experiential makeover to reflect the latest culinary trends and evolving tastes of discerning foodies. This year’s festival features a month-long programme of bespoke events, ranging from large-scale extravaganzas to intimate boutique gatherings, celebrating the role of dining in Singapore’s culture through food and entertainment.

This year’s festival theme is “A Celebration of Old and New,” built around three core pillars: Heritage, Contemporary, and Innovation. We celebrate the full spectrum of Singapore’s culinary history, from time-honoured traditions to the latest food trends, offering a culinary journey not to be missed.

Food is Art: Explore an unparalleled coming together of art and gastronomy at the Digital Light Canvas at Marina Bay Sands.
