At Camille, the collaboration between 1-Group’s Executive Chef of Asian Cuisines, Lamley Chua, and Head Chef Wai Lun results in a truly unique culinary experience. Together, they have crafted a menu that not only celebrates the individual strengths of these two culinary traditions but also creates a harmonious fusion that pushes the boundaries of gastronomic innovation.
Their shared commitment to sustainability is evident in the meticulous selection of ingredients. The chefs prioritise sustainably sourced produce and the finest seasonal offerings, ensuring that each dish is as environmentally conscious as it is flavourful. This dedication to quality is echoed in every aspect of Camille, where the ambience seamlessly blends the refined elegance of French aesthetics with the subtle simplicity of Japanese design. The restaurant, Sentosa’s first French-Japanese dining destination, offers an immersive experience that transcends the ordinary.

Camille is more than just a restaurant; it is a tribute to romance and artistic inspiration. Named after Camille Doncieux, the great love and muse of Claude Monet, the restaurant captures the essence of beauty and passion that Monet immortalised in his paintings.

This theme is reflected in the restaurant’s stunning interior, where guests are greeted by a grand staircase adorned with a kinetic light installation that mimics the graceful blooming of flowers. The dining experience is further elevated by the breathtaking views of the Singapore Straits, visible from the Camille Dining Room and the glass-encased verandah. Here, the convergence of exquisite French culinary culture and the delicate artistry of Japanese cuisine creates a dining experience that is both sophisticated and soul-stirring.
