Hailing from Jamaica, Ricardo Allen started his culinary journey in his grandmother’s kitchen where he learnt to make comfort favourites like vegetables fritters and Jamaican patties as a young boy.
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Jamaica in 2015, Ricardo kick started his career by winning the Junior Chef of the Year in 2016. The award-winning Chef’s career has since flourished in the Caribbean and internationally.
