Former Ad-man and multi-hyphenate Ivan Yeo has impeccable culinary credentials for a self-taught chef.
He was the winner of the Dilmah Tea Inspired Award in 2017, and was nominated for Best Asian Chef 2019 and named Best Asian Cuisine Chef of the Year 2020 in the World Gourmet Summit Awards. He was also the finalist for Innovative Chef of the Year 2021 and Chef of the Year (Male) 2021. Beyond that, he is an up and coming celebrity chef who has made many appearances on TV, both local and international, including his own documentary, demonstrating and perpetuating his ideas in contemporary Asian cuisine.
