As Head Chef at Meathsmith, an American BBQ and Smokehouse with custom-built wood-fire elevation grills and Southern Pride Smokers, Chef Eddie leads the kitchen through innovating BBQ dishes and upholding the high standards that have made Meatsmith a well-known name in the industry.
Eddie’s experience includes the start-up of “Meatsmith Little India” at Cocotte Hotel and managing the Meatsmith pop-up at Pullman Hotel Singapore.
