Executive Chef Stefano Sanna takes the helm of Allora Ristorante & Bar, which opened at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport in January 2024. The Italian native, who has over a decade of culinary experience, brings a lifelong passion for connecting people from around the world through culinary experiences.
His early experiences instilled in him the values of discipline and commitment, especially during his time as Sous Chef de Cuisine at the Johannesstube gourmet restaurant in Hotel Engel, Italy, where he worked alongside the one-Michelin-starred Chef de Cuisine Theodor Falser and learnt the importance of delivering quality. Chef Stefano’s culinary journey took him to numerous renowned establishments such as the two-Michelin-starred 8 1/2 Otto E Mezzo Bombana in Shanghai and Michelin Plate La Scala restaurant in The Sukhothai Shanghai. In 2021, Chef Stefano embraced a new challenge by leading the pre-opening team of Mista in Cairo, Egypt.
