With over 18 years of culinary experience, Chef Marco illustrious career began in the kitchens of Italy and Europe, where he mastered traditional techniques before traveling the world to expand his culinary horizons. He has worked with other international hospitality brands and honed his craft in diverse locales, including Australia, Thailand, the Maldives, and beyond, where his culinary artistry consistently delight diners.
Beyond the plate, Chef Marco’s warm and approachable demeanour fosters a welcoming atmosphere, inviting guests to embark on an unforgettable gastronomic journey. Outside the kitchen, he is passionate about football—both watching and playing—and has a deep love for travel, seeking to experience diverse cuisines from around the world.
