At 18, he began his professional career, dedicating over a decade to mastering his craft. His style blends traditional flavours with modern plating, creating dishes that are visually striking yet comforting.
His childhood memories, like millet-based winter meals, inspire creations such as his signature dish “Nostalgic,” reimagining flavours from home. Chef Deepak believes in the emotional connection between food and happiness, encouraging creativity and experimentation in his team.
