His passion for culinary arts began during his secondary schooling years, where his catering teacher first sparked his interest in cooking. Since then, Chef Dean has continued to hone his craft, drawing inspiration from his travels across Asia and his love for working with diverse ingredients.
Driven by curiosity and creativity, he constantly explores and experiments with new cooking techniques to let the natural flavours and freshness of the produce shine through.
