Drawing from a plethora of experiences garnered from renowned establishments in both Malaysia and Singapore, he has embarked on one of the most momentous undertakings of his career – rejuvenating the menus of Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre.
Hailing from Malaysia, Chef Chen’s culinary expedition commenced in 2004 within Kuala Lumpur, where he laid the groundwork and honed the skill set that propelled his gradual ascent in the realm of gastronomy. He attributes his fervour for cooking to his parents, proprietors of a modest noodle eatery in Kajang, Kuala Lumpur. Nurtured by his parents, he acquired culinary skills and a profound appreciation for crafting flavours that resonate with diners.
