Andrew has had a remarkable journey as a chef, restaurateur, and entrepreneur since his arrival in Singapore in 2011. Hailing from the picturesque village of Breaffy near County Mayo, Ireland, Andrew played a pivotal role in launching Jason Atherton’s initial ventures in Singapore, namely Esquina and The Study.
Andrew’s restaurant CURE revolutionised the dining scene with its pioneering “bistronomy” concept, heavily influenced by Andrew’s Irish heritage. With its resounding success, CURE earned its first Michelin star in 2021 and maintained it in 2022.
