After 18 years working in some of the UK’s finest restaurants, Adam was approached by the founder of Potato Head to spearhead a new burger-focused challenge, opening the first Three Buns in Jakarta, followed by Singapore two months later, marrying his rigorous classical training with a deep passion for simple and honest food with hard-hitting flavours.
