As part of Singapore Food Festival 2025, Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong, Baba Chews presents “Stories of Land, Soul of the City” a 4-Hands Dining Experience with Head Chef Huang Jiaxing and Sous Chef Anas Syafiq of Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur on the Park. Held on 13 & 14 September, this 6-course dining menu ($118++ per pax) reimagines hertiage through refined Southeast Asian flavours.
