Written by Richard Hemming MW, Head of Wine Asia, with recipes crafted by the At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, Wine & The Food of Asia explores over 400 wines made from nearly 100 grape varieties, spanning 20 countries. The book ranges from affordable, failsafe options to some of the most prestigious names in the wine world. Each wine and food pairing has been personally tasted and tested by Richard, making this a comprehensive and original guide to pairing wine with the diverse and complex flavors of Asian cuisine.

Richard Hemming : Richard Hemming MW has worked in the world of wine for more than 20 years and has been a Master of Wine for nearly a decade. His career started in retail, and has taken in winemaking in Australia, grape- growing in England and more than 15 years of communicating about wine all around the world. Since 2019, he has worked for 67 Pall Mall in Singapore, having joined the London Club as a Member when it first opened. Beyond wine, Richard is a keen pianist, cook and music fan.
